Micaela has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. For the past three years, she has been practicing Ashtanga and yin yoga intensively with Western Yoga College in Riverside, CA. She trained to become a yoga instructor with Western Yoga College for two years and now teaches at Anam Cara in downtown Riverside as well as at USKO. She loves the practice of yoga deeply and enjoys giving the gift of yoga to people of various levels of experience, from absolute beginner through high-intermediate. Her classes are Ashtanga-inspired, with some yin yoga and vinyasa flow elements, and she offers modifications to accommodate multiple skill levels.
