Rachell has been practicing yoga for about 5 years and teaching nearly two years. She practices Karma yoga (the yoga of service) so for her, it is all about helping each student in their personal practice. Whether that is beginning one or advancing it. Her teachings range from beginner to intermediate. Her classes are a variety including vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, and yin yoga. Rachell always offers variations for each posture depending on the personal level of each student.

Micaela has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. For the past three years, she has been practicing Ashtanga and yin yoga intensively with Western Yoga College in Riverside, CA. She trained to become a yoga instructor with Western Yoga College for two years and now teaches at Anam Cara in downtown Riverside as well as at USKO. She loves the practice of yoga deeply and enjoys giving the gift of yoga to people of various levels of experience, from absolute beginner through high-intermediate. Her classes are Ashtanga-inspired, with some yin yoga and vinyasa flow elements, and she offers modifications to accommodate multiple skill levels.

She started her personal yoga journey in 2012 shortly after moving to Los Angeles. Yoga has brought so much peace and serenity into her life and has helped her through many challenging times. Ginger Marie’s love for yoga has deepened over the years, and she felt drawn to share this gift in a bigger way. In 2016, She completed yoga teacher training through YogaWorks in Tarzana, California.

She incorporates a mixture of yoga, stretching, breath work, and mediation into her sessions for a rejuvenating and empowering experience. As she is also a Life Coach, she loves incorporating positivity and mindfulness into her teachings.
