Ginger Marie is a Yoga Teacher, Speaker, Life Coach and Amazon Best Selling Author of the book, Your Weekly Guide to Bliss. She started her personal yoga journey in 2012 shortly after moving to Los Angeles. Yoga has brought so much peace and serenity into her life and has helped her through many challenging times. Ginger Marie’s love for yoga has deepened over the years, and she felt drawn to share this gift in a bigger way. In 2016, She completed yoga teacher training through YogaWorks in Tarzana, California.
She incorporates a mixture of yoga, stretching, breath work, and mediation into her sessions for a rejuvenating and empowering experience. As she is also a Life Coach, she loves incorporating positivity and mindfulness into her teachings.
