Training focused on Muay Thai technique, conditioning and extra mat time to help students continue building confidence and sharpening their skills. Belt advancement represents more than earning a new rank — it reflects dedication, growth and continued commitment to martial arts training. Back in March, a few of our USKO kickboxing students had the opportunity to represent at the WAKO competition in Colorado Springs. Competition gives students valuable experience, helping build confidence, discipline and real-world Muay Thai kickboxing skills. We’re proud of their hard work and dedication both on and off the mat.
